At Sante Wellness Place, we strive to create a serene and transformative experience for all our guests. Our Refund Policy ensures clarity regarding deposits, cancellations, and other important aspects of your booking.

1. Deposit Terms

To secure your spot for a retreat or service, we require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Deposit Amount: We require 50% deposit.. This deposit confirms your reservation and is applied toward the total cost of the retreat.

  • Final Payment: The balance of your retreat fee is due 1 day before your stay. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

 

2. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may require a change in your plans. Please review our cancellation terms carefully:

  • Cancellations Made More Than 15 Days Before the Retreat Start Date: If you cancel more than 15 days before your retreat start date, we will refund any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations Made Less Than 15 Days Before the Retreat Start Date: Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the retreat are non-refundable.

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend the retreat without prior notice will result in no refund.

 

3. Changes to Retreat Dates

If you need to reschedule your retreat, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $100 may apply. Rescheduling must occur no later than 30 days before the original retreat start date. Deposits for rescheduled retreats remain non-refundable.

 

4. COVID-19 and Other Health-Related Cancellations

In the event that you or a family member contracts an illness (including COVID-19), we request that you contact us immediately. We may offer the option to transfer your deposit and payments to a future retreat date without penalty. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.

 

5. Force Majeure

In the event of an unexpected situation beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), Sante Wellness Place reserves the right to cancel or postpone any retreat. In such cases, we will offer the option to transfer any payments made to a future retreat or issue a refund (minus non-refundable expenses already incurred).

 

6. Non-Smoking and No-Pet Policy

For the comfort and well-being of all guests, Sante Wellness Place maintains a strict non-smoking policy across the entire property, including guest rooms and outdoor spaces. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on-site. Violations of this policy may result in an additional cleaning fee of $500.00.

We also have a no-pet policy to ensure a peaceful environment for all attendees. Exceptions may be made for registered service animals; please contact us prior to booking to discuss accommodations.

 

7. Respect for Other Guests and Property

We ask that all guests respect the peaceful nature of Sante Wellness Place and the well-being of others attending. Disruptive behavior, damage to property, or violation of retreat guidelines may result in your immediate dismissal from the retreat without a refund.

 

8. Accommodations and Room Preferences

Our retreats include overnight accommodations. Specific room assignments and requests are subject to availability, and while we will do our best to honor preferences, they cannot be guaranteed.

  • Room Occupancy: Rooms are private or shared, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. For shared accommodations, you may be paired with another guest.

  • Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in is available starting at 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is required by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
