About Santé Wellness

Nestled just outside New York, Santé Wellness is a serene retreat offering a peaceful sanctuary

for yoga, meditation, and healing.  We provide a nurturing space for those who have

undergone life-changing diagnosis of cancer or are rebuilding after medical treatments like chemotherapy. We offer holistic support for healing beyond traditional approaches.

Our integrative program focuses on nurturing the mental, emotional, energetic, and physical body

through various modalities such as Drama Therapy, Shadow Work, Chi Gong, and Narabrahma Meditation. Guests can also enjoy artisan-crafted meals, 5 Rhythms Dance, and even wisdom from

guest authors on holistic healing.  At Santé Wellness, we believe in the transformative power of care and community, offering a haven for those seeking renewal and connection with others on a similar path.

Our Story

Our story began with a passion for holistic living and a vision to establish a haven for individuals seeking respite from urban demands and having a life-changing diagnosis of cancer. Santé Wellness was born out of the desire to provide a peaceful escape and promote overall wellness for mind, body, and spirit, facilitating the next level of healing after traditional treatments.
